Americans Spend 11.4 Billion Hours Filling Out Paper Forms Each Year

The Department of Health and Human Services has more than 5,000 different forms...almost all of them paper. According to the Washington Examiner, a recent study by the American Action Forum shows that Americans collectively spend 11.4 billion hours a year filling out government forms. That averages out to about 35 hours per person a year filling out forms. In all, the federal government interacts with individuals via nearly 23,000 separate forms.

No wonder individuals are pushing back and requesting a more efficient way to fill out forms. GoFormz may not be able to help the government explain why it needs 23,000 separate forms, but it certainly can help modernize the process with mobile forms.  If the government used GoFormz, it would save Americans considerable amounts of time (our mobile forms are several times faster to fill out, and capture far more accurate data than paper forms)!
