New GoFormz Customer Support Site
This month we are launching a newly revamped GoFormz Support Site! What this means for our users is updated content, more tutorials, and a seamless user experience to find answers to questions faster and easier.

Over the last few months our team has been reviewing all of our support resources to make sure the information is comprehensive and up to date. From creating your first template to API integration help, all support documentation has been updated.
More Tutorials & Articles
With the launch of our new support site, we are releasing over 150 new articles and how-to guides to ensure that your investment in GoFormz is maximized. They have all been carefully categorized so you can quickly and easily find what you're looking for.
Improved User Experience
There are now four different ways for users to get the assistance, whether to report an issue, request more information, or simply browse through our support library for continued education:
1. Search - Simply use the search box and type out what you are looking for.
2. User Type: Navigate through support resources based on what type of GoFormz user you are.
3. Browse Topics: Choose a specific category related to the issue you are experiencing.
4. Submit a Request: If you can’t find a resource to answer your question, you can now simply submit a request and our team will assist you right away!
