Delivering exceptional customer experiences should be at the top of every company’s priority list. At GoFormz, we take this task seriously and are always looking for ways to engage with our customers.
This week we are excited to launch the new Feature Request Portal, which will provide a centralized place to provide ideas, feedback, and receive status updates for our users.
The new portal is a great way for customers to engage with our team as well as with fellow GoFormz users. Customers can now use the portal to submit new ideas, and vote for and comment on previously submitted ideas.
The portal itself is incredibly user-friendly, intuitive, and provides simple ways to provide customer feedback. This feedback is reviewed by the GoFormz Product Team on a regular basis and may inform the direction of our future product development!
To use the portal, users can:
1. Submit new ideas that would improve their GoFormz experience
2. Vote and/or comment on existing ideas others have contributed
3. Receive status updates from the GoFormz Product Team on the progress/status of their request.
