We are thrilled to announce that GoFormz has partnered with PlanGrid, an Autodesk company and a leader in construction productivity software. This partnership gives construction teams a fully automated means of dynamically storing completed GoFormz mobile forms within corresponding PlanGrid projects. Here’s how it works.

With GoFormz, construction teams can enter project information within digital forms that look exactly like their existing paper documents, straight from their mobile devices (like phones and tablets – even offline). Once a form is completed in the GoFormz app, it can be instantly routed to a corresponding PlanGrid project, and saved to Documents based on entered data.

This exciting integration enables PlanGrid users to capture new data types, like Images, Sketches and GPS, and leverage logic and approval workflows to enforce business rules. Using GoFormz, construction teams can ensure data is accurate and complete, before it reaches PlanGrid, via Automatic Calculations, Required fields, and more.

Additional integration functionality can be added upon request, including creating and updating PlanGrid RFIs and Tasks, automatically dispatching GoFormz mobile forms from a PlanGrid project, making PlanGrid project data available within a form, even while offline — and more.
