Now Available: Create Customizable, No-Code Workflows to Automate Common Tasks

No-Code Workflows are available in all GoFormz subscription tiers

The Workflows feature is now available to all GoFormz users, empowering them to build a Workflow from scratch and customize Workflow Recipes.

What is a Workflow

A Workflow is a repeatable automated process. You use Workflows to automate processes like emailing forms and uploading completed forms to connected applications.

What is a Workflow Recipe

Think of a Recipe as a template for your Workflow. A Recipe outlines the series of steps your automation should follow. Each Recipe begins with a Trigger, an event that initiates the workflow. Each subsequent step is a resulting action.
For example, the task of completing a form can be a Trigger, and then uploading that form to a Box folder can be the resulting action.

What Workflows can I create?

Workflow Recipes vary based on subscription tier. Please reference the matrix above for a comprehensive list of available Recipes
