ProTip Basics: How to Upgrade Your GoFormz Trial Account

Are you ready to upgrade from your GoFormz trial account? This process is quick and easy —follow the three steps below to upgrade your account now.

Step 1: Login to your trial account

If your trial has ended or you are ready to upgrade to a GoFormz subscription, the first thing you will want to do is login to your current account.

Step 2: Choose your GoFormz edition

Once you have successfully logged in and are on your account welcome page, navigate to the top right of your screen and click on the drop-down menu labeled with your name or company name. This will bring up the following menu:

Next, click on “Subscription & Billing”. After clicking this you will be routed to your subscription page.

On the subscription page, there are a few things you'll want to take note of. First, at the top of your screen you will notice a box outlined in orange displaying how many days are left in your free trial. Below that box, you will find the different editions that GoFormz offers and the features that are associated with each.

After identifying the edition you want to upgrade to, simply click on [Upgrade] located underneath it.

Step 3: Fillout billing information

After choosing your edition you will be directed to the “Billing Info” page where you will fill out your billing information, payment method, choose the number of licenses you will want to purchase, and whether you are billed monthly or annually.

ProTip: You can save even more money by selecting 'Annual'. 

Click [Upgrade Subscription] and you are all set! Welcome to the GoFormz family.
