ProTip: Make Your Signature Fields Required

Digital Signatures: a dynamic, powerful tool

From consent forms to permission slips, electronic signatures are an incredibly useful tool. Electronic signatures significantly streamline authorizations and approvals, accelerating common business processes like billing, inspections, and more. When using digital and online forms to collect signatures, your eSign fields can be made Required, ensuring important authorizations are input prior to form completion – meaning your team no longer needs to waste time retracing their steps to collect forgotten signatures.

Use case: digital consent forms
A fantastic use case for leveraging Required Signature fields are digital consent forms. Consent forms capture a client or patient’s understanding of and agreement to specific procedures, risks, media rights, and more. Making your digital consent form’s Signatures field(s) Required guarantees that the user completes their authorization before they can submit the form.
