Use Case Spotlight: Quest Imaging Solutions

Quest Imaging Solutions has become a recognized leader in the imaging equipment sales and service industry by providing affordable options and exceptional customer service for over three decades. 

Headquartered in Las Vegas, Nevada, the company’s primary initial mission was to provide high-quality refurbished C-arms to those in the medical industry at budget-friendly prices. The organization developed and still delivers highly focused, personalized service tailored to the unique needs of each healthcare provider. Quest Imaging Solutions has expanded the business offering a wide variety of medical imaging equipment while also providing part support, equipment service, rentals, leasing options, and much more.

As a result, Quest Imaging Solutions has become one of the nation’s largest independent operations for C-arms and digital X-ray medical equipment. With a team of in-office and remote workers, they needed a solution to monitor equipment status without depending on paperwork and manual forms. To solve this problem, they found GoFormz.

First implementing GoFormz in 2016 to help their field technicians with service forms, the Quest Imaging Solutions team found themselves using GoFormz to also track parts used during their refurbishing process, details around radiation capacity, and additional internal processes for their administrative and HR teams.

“Initially we relied heavily on the Data Source feature,” explained Stacy Allen, National Sales Specialist at Quest Imaging Solutions. “When we were doing more service calls, we could pre-populate the service forms with all the customer information. It made the monthly service calls go much faster.” As the business for Quest Imaging Solutions has evolved, so has their use case for GoFormz.

“Now our primary use case is our PM form,” Allen continued. This gives them the ability to track detailed inspection information of each piece of equipment they’re refurbishing. They’ve kept their forms streamlined with pass/fail options, checkboxes, and even use a parts form to track serial numbers of different parts used in the refurbishing process. “Once the tech doing the refurb signs off on the form, it goes over to our head of operations, and he puts the cost details and everything into the system.”

By staying ahead of the industry standard and implementing digital forms, Quest Imaging Solutions has the edge over their competition. They have complete control over their data, forms are immediately routed to all key stakeholders, and the data is available in real time. “It just makes things more efficient, and more consistent,” Allen noted. “It’s all there, on the single form, and gets immediately sent to wherever it needs to go. We don’t plan on changing a thing about this process.”
