How to Digitize Your Work Forms Using an Online Form Builder

Below we’ll walk you through how you can get started digitizing your work forms for use on phones, tablets, and computers, using the GoFormz online form builder: 

  1. If you haven’t already, sign up for a free GoFormz account. If you have a GoFormz account, login from a computer. 

  2. Once you are logged in, select the ‘Upload a Form’ option from the welcome screen, or select a Starter Form Template. If you choose to ‘Upload a Form’, select a JPG or PDF file to upload, give it a name, and click ‘Create Template’. 

  3. Your uploaded form will load in the Template Editor (the GoFormz online form builder) flanked by two sections: the Template Fields and Properties panels. Get started by dragging fields from the Template Fields section onto your uploaded form. Once placed, you can adjust its size and location as you see fit. 

    1. With a field selected, you can customize its properties in the Properties panel. This includes the name of your field, it’s formatting properties, whether the field should be Required, and so much more.

  4. Save your form draft and publish your changes.
