Streamlined User Sign-Up for Large Organizations

Easily manage user access at scale. Our new improvements to the sign-up experience streamline user onboarding for large organizations by automatically recognizing when a new user registers with a company. This feature intelligently routes new sign-ups to the correct account, ensuring they’re matched with the appropriate team from day one. Final approval still rests with the organization’s administrator, allowing your admins to maintain full control while removing the hassle of unnecessary back-and-forth or new user error. Instantly Find the Forms You Need with Advanced Search

When managing hundreds (or thousands) of forms, locating a specific record shouldn't slow you down. Our new Advanced Form Search empowers administrators to quickly find exactly what they’re looking for using a simple keyword search. 

Search by form name or using specific field values to instantly retrieve any draft or completed form that contains the entered keyword. For example, an admin could search for the keyword "Generator-412B" and instantly surface all draft and completed Forms, such as maintenance logs or inspection reports, that reference that specific equipment ID. Whether you're tracking down a job ID, customer name, or inspection result, you’ll now have faster access to the data that matters most. 

Add Comments to Transferred Forms
Seamless collaboration starts with clear communication. With the new Transfer Comments feature, users can now add a note when transferring a form to another user. A comment box automatically appears during the transfer process, making it easy to share instructions, provide context, or flag important details, right when and where they’re needed. Learn more >
