Team GoFormz is thrilled to announce the rollout of our new User Management experience. We’ve reimagined the way you manage your users, groups and permissions. Our revamped interface and new features make user management more flexible and streamlined — saving you time and keeping your team organized. Here are some of the new and updated User Management features you can leverage within the GoFormz web app:
- Add Users to multiple Groups
Users can now be added to more than one Group. Allowing team members with dynamic, or more than one role can access the Templates and features they need.
- Adjust Group hierarchy (Child Groups)
Add a ‘Child Group’ (a Group within a Group) to assign additional permissions to users within your original group.
- Administrator Group
With the new Administrator Group, users can be easily granted Admin permissions directly from the web app.
- Reactivate Users
Users can now be reactivated directly from the Users tab.
