Challenge
NTP Access relied on manual, paper-based processes to manage field documentation. Engineers filled out forms by hand and mailed them to the office each week, resulting in delayed access to critical data, lost or illegible paperwork, and inconsistent completion of forms. These inefficiencies placed a heavy administrative burden on the office team, who spent considerable time chasing down missing details and re-entering data into internal systems.
Solution
NTP Access digitized its form collection using GoFormz, allowing engineers to complete and submit forms instantly from mobile devices. Dynamic features, such as Database fields and Automatic Calculations, minimize errors and simplify form completion. Leveraging the Google Workspace integration, completed forms are now automatically routed to designated cloud storage folders, streamlining record-keeping and document management.
