FAQ: Does GoFormz Offer Form Template Building Services?

Do you need help building your Form Templates? GoFormz currently offers professional template building services for anyone who seeks them. If you are interested, please please contact your sales rep or CSM with the following information:

  • A blank copy of the form you want to convert into a Form Template
  • A filled out copy of the same form

Someone from our Form Template building team will contact you (usually within 24 hours) to setup a call where we will review the following with you:

  • The template design and layout
  • The type of fields that will be needed
  • Any calculations or conditional logic to include

We will then send you an estimate that includes how long it will take to build your Form Template and any associated costs. Once you approve the estimate, our team will build out your Form Template and add it to your GoFormz Account.

Pricing: The initial planning phone call is free. The time used for building your Form Template is billed at $150/hr.
