ProTip: Manage Template Folder Access for Groups

Template folder permissions can be managed by admins, allowing for increased control over form and Template accessibility

There are two levels that can be applied to Template folder permissions:

  • View Member’s Forms
    If enabled, users within this Group can view the forms from the selected Template folder created and completed by other members in the same Group.

  • Use Templates
    If enabled, users within this Group can use the Templates within the selected folder.

This means that if a user enables View Member’s Forms for a given template folder, Use Templates will also be enabled. If a user enables Use Templates, View Member’s Forms can be enabled or disabled. This gives admins increased control over Template access.
