[Video] ProTip: Share Public Forms With Users Outside Of Your GoFormz Account

Easily share editable mobile form drafts with users outside of your GoFormz account, no matter their location

This means that a customer, partner, or other users outside of your GoFormz account can input information into specified fields within a GoFormz mobile form draft. For example, a Public Form could be shared with only the Signature field made editable, ensuring only a Signature is added to the form. Your Public Forms can also be equipped with expiration dates, allowing GoFormz users to specify how long third-party contributors can access the Public Form

Getting started with GoFormz Public Forms
First, log in to GoFormz from a computer, select the More tab from the menu bar and select Public Forms. Every GoFormz account comes with 5 free Public Form submission credits, with one credit equalling one Public Form submission. Once the Public Forms page loads, select ‘Get Started’. Next: 

  1. Choose whether you will be making a Template or Form public (your Template is the master version of your digital document, and every copy you fill out, is called a Form). For this example, we’ll select Template.

  2. We’ll then select which Template we’d like to make public.

  3. Now, we’ll add a name for our Public Form, select which fields to make editable, and set an expiration date. 

  4. Finally, we’ll save our Public Form. Your Public Form link can be easily copied, or directly emailed.
