By connecting your digital construction forms to Procore, data can be seamlessly passed between your forms and Procore records. This constant current of information empowers your team to operate in real-time, significantly accelerating your processes, as well as simplifying collaboration between the job site and back-office.
The GoFormz and Procore project creation use case allows your team to generate a digital form from their mobile device or computer, input project information (like the project start date, soft and hard costs, etc.) and select options from Drop Down menus to instantly populate corresponding fields with information from Procore (like team member information, project information, etc.).
Once submitted, input data is instantly used to create a new Project within Procore and upload project and team member information. Additionally, a PDF copy of the submitted form can also be uploaded to the new Procore Project, as well as the Documents tool. Watch the video below to learn more!
