From David's Desk - GoFormz Public Forms In Our Schools

The GoFormz Customer Support Team always loves to hear about the creative ways GoFormz users are using our product. One particularly inspiring story comes from a customer using GoFormz in the classroom!

With her school drastically decreasing her paper budget, a Wyoming middle school teacher sought to find a better way to bridge lesson plans and assignments with her students electronically.  After doing some searching, she found GoFormz in the app store.   

She quickly discovered that our Public Forms feature was a perfect fit for her needs.  With Public Forms, she could easily create links to her templates and forms to send to external users.  Through Public Forms, these links allow the external users to access, fill out and submit forms through a web browser. Users can even designate which fields external users can fill out, set deadlines on when the links are valid and when they expire and email the links out to recipients.

The Teacher found this feature to be a perfect solution for what she was looking for and immediately started using Public Forms for all of her lesson plans and homework assignments.  With Public Forms, she was able to email out assignments to students and designate when these links would expire - ensuring that her students completed their work on time.  She fully embraced the GoFormz solution and began finding other ways to utilize it in her day-to-day tasks in the classroom, such as for sending out permission slips for parents to sign and return for upcoming field trips.
