3 Ways Childcare Centers Are Utilizing Form Sharing

Explore how GoFormz digitally transforms childcare business operations and accelerates enrollment processes with this form sharing feature

Among the many powerful features the GoFormz platform offers, form sharing provides both form creators and users various benefits to digitally enhance day-to-day business operations and data capture. Form sharing, also referred to as our Public Forms feature, enables GoFormz users to share links to their online forms with users outside of their account, allowing them to input data like Signatures and more! This feature presents childcare centers with countless opportunities to streamline workflows, expand clientele reach, improve data collection, and much more.

GoFormz offers two different types of Public Forms: single-use or multi-use. Both are ideal to use but in different use cases. A single-use Public Form link is as it sounds – it’s a type of link that can only be filled out once and shared directly with the recipient directly. For example, a single-use Public Form would be best used to collect an approval or Signature from a customer. Meanwhile, a multi-use Public Form link is a type of form that can be filled out multiple times and shared by copying the public link. For example, this option might be best to send out customer surveys, where you don’t necessarily know how many data points you will be collecting.

Interested in learning how current childcare centers are utilizing this feature? Check out these three ways childcare centers are utilizing form sharing in their day-to-day operations:

Expand clientele reach while expediting enrollment processes
Rather than burdening parents with manual enrollment paperwork deliveries, eliminate paper entirely to provide opportunities for greater outreach and expedite the enrollment process. In a competitive market, leveraging the Public Form feature helps teams get one step ahead of their competitors by providing their clients the opportunity to fill out and complete their enrollment forms from the comfort of their home. Once parents/guardians are able to complete their packet, information is available in real-time, allowing childcare service providers the opportunity to evaluate enrollment forms and start the onboarding process right away. Completed forms can even be automatically routed to specific childcare providers while PDF copies of completed forms can be sent back to parents/guardians through Automated Workflows. This functionality drastically expedites operation workflows and improves enrollment processes for both child care service providers and customers.

Streamline authorizations and capture Signatures
Authorizations tend to be an overlooked tedious task, oftentimes being the main reason for delays in enrollment processes, workflows, and much more. Fortunately, GoFormz provides an easily accessible solution that prohibits costly delays and eliminates unnecessary steps. Rather than waiting on parents/guardians to come into the childcare center to sign a document, leverage the single-use Public Form link to digitally capture Signatures, from anywhere, anytime! Digital forms can even be dispatched with pre-populated client information to expedite authorizations and further simplify onboarding experiences. Once the form is submitted, it can be instantly reviewed and processed by childcare providers in real-time.

Capture client feedback through public surveys
Customer surveys are a great way to get quality feedback directly from clients on their overall experience, while also adding valuable data points to optimize and enhance business operations. Leveraging a scoring system, form creators can use Checkbox fields to provide users the ability to select a certain number that best represents their experience with the quality of care, service, or experience they had. To further advance your data capture, forms can be equipped with Logic to calculate an average answer depending on how many questions are on the form. For example, if a form creator sends out a customer survey with 25 questions asking the client to provide an answer of 1-5 (one being the lowest and 5 being the highest), then based on the user’s input the form would add up the answers and provide an average overall answer at the bottom of the form.
