FAQ: How do I add more Public Forms credits to my account?
Share links to your mobile forms with others for them to fill out and complete
With the Public Forms feature, GoFormz users can easily share links to their mobile forms for people outside of their account to fill out and complete.
For example, a GoFormz user might need a customer to review and sign a release form. Using Public Forms, the GoFormz user can simply share a link to the digital release form with their customer, who can then add their Signature and hit ‘complete’. Once the release form has been completed, the GoFormz user can immediately access and process the submitted document.
Using Public Forms to share fillable documents with external contributors drastically accelerates form completion times, simplifies document collection, and reduces delays and human error. Forms can even be shared pre-filled with information or equipped with expiration dates. For example, our aforementioned GoFormz user could send a link to a release form pre-filled with project details, company information, as well as terms and conditions, so that the customer only needs to add their Signature before submitting the form.
Every GoFormz account comes with 5 free Public Forms credits, with each Public Form submission equaling one credit. Please note that a Public Forms credit is only used once a form is submitted (NOT when it is created).
To add more Public Forms credits, follow the instructions below:
1. Login to GoFormz from a computer and navigate to the Public Forms page by selecting the ‘More’ tab, and then, ‘Public Forms’.
2. When the Public Forms page loads, you will see the number of credits available in the upper, left-hand corner. To add more credits to your account, select ‘Add Credits’.
3. You will be prompted to select the credit bundle you would like to purchase. Once you select ‘Buy’, the credit card on file will be charged the appropriate amount.
