Even better, forms can be automatically transferred in a particular order – enforcing critical approval processes and ensuring documents are distributed in the correct order. To transfer forms in a particular order, set up multiple Triggers in the order you wish forms to be received. For example, if you want a form to dispatch to a supervisor first and then the administrator, set up the supervisor Trigger first, then follow with a Trigger transferring the form to the administrator.

Where to configure your workflows within GoFormz
As seen, Automated Workflows provide a powerful opportunity to enforce critical business processes and improve compliance. To locate and configure your workflows within the GoFormz app, navigate to the Workflow Tab. This is where you can create, edit, and delete your workflows, as well as view the progress of any workflow jobs! To configure Template Events (e.g. automatically transferring a form) select the gear icon in the Template Editor and select Template Events.
