Spotlight Form: The Digital Restaurant Order Form

With the digital Restaurant Order Form, your customers can place food delivery orders from the comfort and safety of their homes

Digitizing your restaurant’s order forms is simple, and once ready, can be easily linked to from your website or other customer communication mediums (e.g. email) using the Public Forms feature. Form logic can even make fields dynamically Required, ensuring customers input critical information prior to form submission (e.g. addresses, quantities, billing information, and more). 

Using List View, your digital Restaurant Order Forms can be made even easier to complete on smaller devices, like phones. List View provides your form fields in an app-like, index, allowing customers to view entree and order options in a simplified, menu-like format.
