In this Quickstart Guide we’ll help you create and fill out your first mobile form – just follow the simple steps below:

1. Create your first mobile form Template
To build your first mobile form, simply login to GoFormz from a computer and upload a PDF or JPG of your existing form. Once your form is loaded in the GoFormz Template Editor you can drag-and-drop ‘smart’ fields onto your form and easily adjust their properties (e.g. how they look and behave). 2. Download the GoFormz app to fill out forms on your phones and tablets
GoFormz is available on iOS, Android, and Windows, as well as online. For a video walk through of the GoFormz mobile app, click here.

3. Fill out your first mobile form
Easily input data (including Images, GPS, Sketches, and Signatures) into your now digital forms. Your mobile forms can also be filled out in List View, a small screen optimized viewing mode, accessible from the menu bar. For a video guide to filling out mobile forms in the GoFormz app, click here.

Send online forms to anyone, anywhere
Use our Public Forms feature to share links to your digital forms with individuals outside of your GoFormz account, for them to fill out and complete.
